How to get free samples off of LUSH!

Hi guys,

Sorry that I haven't posted in ages I have just felt really depressed  because my nan died. However, I have some posts to get ready and I will try and become more active. So I thought that I would start off again with something super interesting.

Now many people (including me) love lush and most of the things they create. However if you are new to the Lush community then you don't know what products will suit you and whether they work or not.

I used to be in that position and I hate spending money on products then hating them. I was searching high and low for different ways to find out (other than reviews because they can be biest - one sided opinion). I found 2 different ways on how to do it in the UK. This is also available in other countries but read to the end about the possibilities of getting samples through the post when asking via email.

1. In-store... (You have to pay for something)

This way you have to pay for something now this can be the cheapest thing you can find or it can be something you  regularly  use. When you get to the counter there are usually products there. Now there is three ways you can do this. Sometimes if you over exaggerate a little at the counter and say for example 'ooh this looks amazing but im not 100% sure if it will be right for me...' the cashier may give you a sample of it. The next way would be too ask and the other way is that if you spend a certain amount they will gives you some samples.

2. Online (no payment needed)

To get free samples online there are two ways. If you are already buying something then there is an option that say Delivery Request. Tick the box that says add delivery request. In that box say that you would like a few samples included with your order.

The other way is that you can email their customer service: wecare@lush.co.uk/.com and email them asking for a few samples to try. I will leave an email structure below:

Dear Lush,
Hello my name is (your name here),
I have recently become aware of your products and they look really fun and cool to use. However I am not one hundred percent sure whether to purchase products without testing them first. As you could imagine I (like many others)hate spending money on products and then not liking them. I was wondering whether you would be so kind as to send me a few samples. Please reply and if you can I will send my billing address to you.
Thanks so much,
(your name here)

Unfortunately, depending on where you are from some Lush's don't let you have samples over email as in some factories they are not the ones that delivery request to the packaging people so they are unable to accept your request. However, on the good side if you go into ANY Lush they are required to give you  samples if you ask or them. If you are asking for samples when you have brought something online they are unfortunately unable to give you face masks as they need to be refrigerated so that they won't go off.

*Update, I went into a Lush shop nearby me because they had a sale on and I purchased a bath oil and a bath bomb, I asked for a sample and they gave me one of a bubble bar which smells amazing and creates lots of bubbles and make the water pink :)*

I hope this post helped you and I will let you know when my products arrive.
Bye

* I do not get payed for any of these, all opinions at my own. If you are a company looking for someone to review a product contact me at beutyreviewsbusiness@gmail.com. Thanks *
